Wellness Day Reset is a 3-hour immersive experience designed to deeply relax the body and gain mental clarity. It integrates therapeutic yoga with multisensory breathing, energy recalibration breathwork (chakra alignment, cleansing, and grounding), and a high-frequency gong bath. Guided by Gonzalo García Ayala and his team, this experience is ideal for those seeking to renew their energy, regulate their nervous system, and strengthen their presence in daily life.

The session combines gentle movement and self-massage to release tension and improve mobility, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and promote restful sleep.  It also harmonizes energy centers, clears emotional “noise,” and strengthens the personal energy field, generating internal coherence and a sense of order. The closing gong bath induces deep relaxation in minutes, helps to clear mental overload, balances the nervous system, and opens the door to valuable insights.
